We extend our gratitude to Ana who has served JobPath for the past five years. Under Ana’s leadership, JobPath increased and diversified its funding, including $4M in ARPA funding, as well as Department of Education funding through the late Congressman Grijalva’s office, and grants from foundations such as ECMC, Halle, Marshall, and others. Ana also deepened relationships with employers, helping to strengthen their workforce development efforts, culminating in an innovative initiative with Bayada Home Health.
Ana expanded JobPath’s impact, creating the internal capacity to serve almost 700 students in four counties. During her tenure, she listened to community needs, resulting in new initiatives such as the Workforce Readiness workshops to help students succeed upon entering the workforce and Career Compass, which brings career exploration resources to adults in the community.

The Board of Directors is committed to a thoughtful process to identify our leadership and strategy to grow JobPath. The board’s transition team includes myself, Oscar Diaz, and Luis Gonzalez. If you have any questions, you can contact the transition team at CEO@JobPath.org.
Please join us in appreciation of Ana’s past five years of service as we wish her the best as she moves on to new career opportunities.
Sincerely,
Rick Yngve
